SERVICES
Juliias offers Recognition Sessions, Human Design interpretation, strategic reflection, voice drops, creative consultation, educational content, and related offerings designed to support clarity, self-awareness, and informed decision-making.
All services and content are provided for informational, educational, and reflective purposes only.
ELIGIBILITY
By using this Website, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Certain services may be booked through approved scheduling platforms, including Calendly or other authorized systems.
Payment is generally required in advance.
Completed services are non-refundable.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least twenty-four (24) hours notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled session are generally non-refundable.
For true emergencies, please reach out directly.
Additional terms may apply through separate service agreements.
RECOGNITION SESSION AGREEMENT
Clients who purchase Recognition Sessions may be required to review and agree to a separate Recognition Session Agreement before services are rendered.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Recognition Session Agreement, the Recognition Session Agreement shall govern the session relationship.
NO GUARANTEES
Juliias makes no guarantees regarding personal transformation, emotional outcomes, business results, financial outcomes, relationships, healing, clarity, creative success, timing, decision-making, or any other outcome.
Individual experiences vary, and all decisions and outcomes remain solely the responsibility of the individual.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including voice drops, audio recordings, written content, graphics, frameworks, session materials, methodologies, branding, creative works, and proprietary concepts are the intellectual property of Juliias Ellis unless otherwise noted.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, commercially exploited, or used to train artificial intelligence systems without prior written permission.
Users may share links to publicly available content provided proper attribution is maintained.
USER CONDUCT
Users agree not to:

Participation in services and use of the Website are voluntary and undertaken at the user’s own discretion.
TERMINATION
Juliias reserves the right to suspend, refuse, restrict, or terminate access to services or Website content for misuse, abuse, violation of these Terms, harassment, or behavior inconsistent with the nature of the work.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
