I spent years trying to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up. Apparently, multiple degrees, more than 20 jobs across different industries, and some extraordinary teachers and coaches weren’t enough!

I was looking for certainty. The funny thing is, the harder I looked, the more lost I became.

Then I was introduced to this strange thing called Human Design. I thought it was an alien’s technology.

I discovered my mechanical operating system design isn’t about certainty at all. It’s about living in the unknown. Experimenting. Playing. Testing. Discovery. In that, my design pulls out the gold, and brings that forward to design something new.

I’ve always been able to withstand a tremendous amount of pressure. In fact, when I recall my past, I got quite a high from it. Maybe me and Formula Race car drivers have something in common.

In my deep dive of Human Design, I was able to recognize that pattern. Since then, I have been able to develop systems that work better for pacing projects when others are involved, and deciding what I say yes to and what I say no to.

This has given me much more freedom!
